Rodrigo Molina Ortega represents prominent institutions and corporations in domestic and international transactions, specializing in maritime and financial matters related with the registration of vessels, labor relations, investment opportunities, trademarks, domestic and offshore corporations, insurances, real estate, telecommunications, trusts, arbitration, mediation or litigation and related legal maters.
Rodrigo Molina Ortega is vastly experienced in all the aforementioned matters and has represented international companies in the negotiation of contracts. His experience includes counseling for foreign and international corporations from different countries.
In 1980, Rodrigo Molina Ortega obtained his Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Sciences from the University of Panama and in 1983, he was conferred a Master's Degree in Maritime Law from the University of Tulane (LL.M.), New Orleans, United States of America. He has participated in different international seminars and congresses during his law practice. Since then, he has been an independent attorney-at-law with full command of the English and Spanish languages.
He is a member of the National Bar Association, the Maritime Law Association, the Inter-American Federation of Lawyers and the International Association of Mediators and Arbitrators.
